2024 AFSP Paws for Prevention Walk raises
over $16,000 in June

Four-legged furry friends were featured Saturday, June 15, during the AFSP's Paws for Prevention Walk at Coney Island. Hundreds of participants and their canine companions flocked to Steeplechase Pavilion to participate in the event, which also included dog yoga, dog portrait paintings, a best-dressed dog competition, a raffle and dog adoptions.

Ruby's Bar & Grill was happy to donate a portion of our June 15 earnings to the NYC Chapter of the AFSP in solidarity!

2023 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk raises over $425,000 in October
​
Breast cancer survivors and lost loved ones were celebrated and honored Sunday, Oct. 22, during the American Cancer Society’s 2023 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk at Coney Island. Every year, thousands of people participate in the 5-mile walk, which helps raise awareness and hundreds of thousands of dollars for breast cancer support and research. The 2023 event raised over $425,000.
